There's a very good reason why I have been absent of late. I've actually been rather unwell. I have been in bed for the best part of two weeks with the most indescribable pain I've ever experienced. A scan and several trips to the quacks later I'm told I need keyhole surgery.

Well, as you can imagine that was a bit of a knock back. I've never had a spell in hospital before and now I'm facing the surgeon's knife. It's a scary prospect.
So, I apologise for my absence, but I hope you understand why.
